Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. This is just an estimate and does not account for holidays or weekends. 

You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been dropped off at the shipping facility. If you have paid for tracking, this email will notify you of your tracking number - please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. Shipping should take approximately 7 business days for Canada and US orders. Worldwide shipping times may vary depending on your location and local postage system. Shipping estimates are listed at checkout: should you require shipping sooner, please select one of our other options or reach out to us to discuss what option works best (we are happy to find the best solution!). 

Please ensure all shipping information entered is correct and that you will be able to receive a package at the address entered at checkout (pssst... did you remember your buzzer code babe?). So Fine Supply LLP. will not be held liable for any lost or missing packages due to customer error.
